Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Dryve, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Overview

This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Dryve mobile application and all related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Dryve, Inc. (“Dryve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to this Agreement.

2. Nature of the Services

The Services provide navigation, mapping, and route-based discovery features, including identifying destinations such as food locations along a user’s route. Features may include turn-by-turn navigation, saved locations, recent destinations, and predictive suggestions.

 

The Services are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for independent judgment, awareness of surroundings, or compliance with applicable laws.

3. Safety and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle and for complying with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. You must not use the Services in a manner that is unsafe, distracted, or unlawful.


You acknowledge that interacting with a mobile device while driving may be dangerous. You agree to use the Services only when it is safe and lawful to do so. The Services are not intended for emergency use. In emergency situations, you must rely on official emergency services and not the Services.

4. Accuracy and Real-World Conditions

The Services may provide routes, navigation instructions, traffic conditions, and business information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated. Actual conditions may differ significantly from information displayed within the Services, including road closures, hazards, weather conditions, traffic patterns, and business availability.


You agree to exercise independent judgment and verify information as necessary. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Services.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to Mapbox, Firebase, and other infrastructure, mapping, and analytics providers. These providers operate independently and may collect and process data under their own terms and privacy policies.


Dryve does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dryve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.


This includes, without limitation, damages related to personal injury, death, vehicle accidents, traffic violations, property damage, data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.


Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that use of navigation services involves inherent risks, including the possibility of incorrect routing, delays, or hazardous conditions.

 

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services and any reliance placed upon them.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to copy, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying data of the Services.


You may not use the Services to build competing products, resell data, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

9. Data Collection

We may collect a range of data including precise location (foreground and background), speed and movement data, device information, IP address, usage analytics, crash reports,and user interaction data such as searches, saved locations, and recents.


Data may be collected automatically and continuously in connection with your use of the Services

10. Use of Data

We use collected data to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, enhance user experience, develop new features, and support monetization strategies including advertisements and subscriptions.


Data may be aggregated or anonymized for analytics and research purposes.

11. Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers, analytics partners, and legal authorities where required by law.


We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense, but may use data in aggregated or anonymized forms.

12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.


You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Changes and Termination

Dryve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services at any time without notice.

 

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
