You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the app in a way that could harm others

• Interfere with the app’s functionality

The App provides navigation assistance but:

• Routes may not always be accurate

• You are responsible for following traffic laws and road conditions

We are not liable for accidents or damages resulting from use of the App.

• Subscription may include a free trial period

• After trial, you will be charged automatically unless canceled

• Payments are handled through Apple’s App Store

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Dryve, Inc.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of data or service interruptions

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means acceptance.
